What’s the biggest real estate trend you are seeing right now? A mixed market where buyers, who need financing, are stepping back and cash buyers are actively looking. In La Jolla there is very limited inventory.

Do you work mostly with single-family homes, condominiums, land, etc? We work with all types of residential real estate.
