What is your favorite property sold or work experience? Working in real estate is a rewarding experience because it provides the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives while achieving personal and professional success. Building relationships with clients is a key component of this process, as it leads to trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Do you work mostly with buyers or sellers? As a full-service agency, we are buyer’s agents, seller’s agents, and leasing agents. We also have a property management division, as well as the following: a listing manager (preps home for sale and gets them ready for closing); a transaction coordinator; an in-house legal counsel; a marketing coordinator; plus in-house lending, escrow, and title services.
What sets you apart from other REALTORS®? Our passion, attention to detail, belief and vision to showcase each property in its best light, streamlining the process with complete oversight from beginning of a transaction until the end. We provide extensive marketing HD photography, 3D tour, motion film, and 12-page property brochures. We have and continue to set the benchmark when it comes to home values and record-shattering prices. The difference is in the way we approach each and every transaction. Also invaluable is our extensive marketing campaign we put behind each listing. Our $100 million+ in 2022 sales brings our career total to nearly $1 billion! What’s the biggest real estate trend you are seeing right now? Limited supply of homes and pent-up buyer demand.
What neighborhood/area do you specialize in? We service the Southern California luxury coastal communities as far down south as San Clemente, and as far north as Huntington Beach, but also specialize in non-coastal inland communities such as Irvine, Lake Forest, Costa Mesa, and their surrounding areas.
Do you work mostly with single-family homes, condominiums, land, etc.? All of the above. We proudly provide the following services to our clients: complete oversight of staging of the home, including exterior spaces and bringing in TVs (when selling home); professional photography (home, community, lifestyle, rtv.); a professional website, and mega open house event for each property. We are present for and provide immediate feedback from all showings.
