At a young age, Ashley Haas was surrounded by sports, billiards bars, casinos, and the racetrack, so it’s only fitting that she became a sports broadcaster, an analyst, and betting adviser, who appeared on SportsGrid TV, MLB Network, The Game Day, and Triller. She currently serves as the Vice President of Sports at CMG Worldworld, with an itinerary as busy as the day is long.
7AM
The first thing I do is brew a cup of coffee. I can’t live without my Wawa K-Cups and my French vanilla or hazelnut creamer. Naturally, I turn on my television to ESPN and watch the newest updates in sports news. I don’t watch the regular news. I’ve always been drawn to game highlights, seeing which player was traded, injury updates, and who said something they probably shouldn’t have. I love keeping up with sports drama. It’s my version of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
8AM
I give my family a call, and I get ready for both my jobs. Before heading to CMG, I film content for NoFilter Network, give gambling advice to different companies, and do guest appearances for online networks and podcasts.
9:30AM
I’m at work where I manage deceased legends, college NIL players, and our public speaker’s bureau. An average day consists of talking to a family member from some of the biggest legends in history, like Lou Gehrig, Clemente, Maya Angelou, James Dean, and even Malcolm X.
12 PM
My co-workers and I each take turns preparing lunch. I just recently cooked for Taco Tuesday.
I must say I outdid myself. Luckily, we recently relocated to Beverly Hills. Back when we were based in West Hollywood, way too often, I found myself eating at Prince Street Pizza on Sunset, and I’ve heard it isn’t the healthiest food for daily consumption. Who knew?!
2 PM
I pitch new clients. But before these calls happen, I research legendary names to see if they are in the public domain. Then I offer to help protect their name, image, and likeness. We specialize in keeping their legacies alive and safe.
5 PM
The Smithsonian comes by, which they do regularly. Our client Hedy Lamarr, a famous actress during the golden age, was nicknamed the “the mother of Wi-Fi” and GPS for inventing a frequency-hoping technology during WWII. Her ideas and invention were mapped out in a notebook, valued at millions, which the Lamarr family donated for the benefit of young inventors. I, for one, am thankful for Lamarr because I would always be lost without her!
7 PM
Depending on the season, I am usually the guest of team owners at various games, whether it’s football, basketball, baseball, or hockey. I often interview the athletes post-game. My dreams came true during the 2020 Super Bowl in Miami when I received my NFL credentials to interview the Chiefs and 49ers. It was the most incredible moment. I was shocked to see grown men cry! Not that I blame them.
10 PM
I love going to The West Hollywood EDITION. It’s classy, fun, and, best of all, there is a pool table! If it’s unavailable, you will find me on the dance floor at the club Sunset or at the rooftop restaurant, eating tacos and admiring the beautiful view of Los Angeles.
