I’ve been working in real estate for 12 years.
What is your favorite property sold and/or work experience? I was showing a Tuscan villa listing of mine to an agent, who was there with his buyer client. The agent pulled me aside and told me that his buyer was very impressed with my knowledge of the property and the way I showed it. Not only did his buyer purchase the Tuscan villa, but she also requested to hire me to sell her other luxury estates. Since that transaction, she has hired me to list five of her other luxury properties across town.
Do you work mostly with buyers or sellers? I’m more of a listing agent and work with sellers, but my team works with both buyers and sellers.
What sets you apart from other realtors? I’m a native San Diegan and was raised on the beautiful coastline of Southern California. I have lived in many parts of San Diego and can o er insight and knowledge of local attractions, schools, fine dining, and history of each neighborhood across the county. That’s definitely a big attribute of mine.
What’s the biggest real estate trend you are seeing right now? Shortterm rentals have really taken off here. Another trend I’m seeing is adding square footage to existing homes. Therefore, educating clients and providing a onestop shop for contractors, vendors and architects are key to adding value in today’s market trends of managing vacation rentals and construction.
What neighborhood/area do you specialize in? I personally cover all San Diego and surrounding communities like North Park, Point Loma, Del Mar, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Carlsbad, Poway and La Mesa.
Do you work mostly with singleFamily homes, condominiums, and, etc.? I usually work with singlefamily homes and condos.
