I have been a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for over 20 years. In addition, I am currently the number 9 individual agent in our global network, a Luxury Director for BHHS California Properties and on the board of The Charitable Foundation.

What is your favorite property sold and/or work experience? Wow, that is a hard one as each property I sell is special to me in one way or another. Now that I think about it, it’s the clients who are my favorite. But I have sold a few architecturally significant properties over the past year that were cool. The Quincy Jones home, a Mills Act home and a Noah Walker masterpiece in Venice come to mind.

What sets you apart from other REALTORS®? I would say my discretion, tenacity and ethics. This is a knowledge-based business and more than ever in this transitioning market we find ourselves in, experience and knowledge are paramount. Not only do I have incredible relationships in this business which a.ord me expertise in off-market opportunities, but I feel that I am widely respected in our community. Reputation matters!

What’s the biggest real estate trend you are seeing right now? Design trends that clients are loving now and will likely embrace in 2023 are arches providing warmth to entry spaces, luxury monochromatic floor patterns or cabinetry (we have seen an elevation in dark colors like black and rich forest green or navy). In addition, since many clients are still working from home, private niche rooms to work from are in demand right now.

What neighborhood/area do you specialize in? I primarily specialize on the Westside of Los Angeles, Cheviot Hills/Westwood (where I live), Brentwood and the beach cities of Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Venice and Mar Vista. On top of that, I have a trusted network of referrals in other areas in Los Angeles, and around the country.

Do you work mostly with single-family homes, condominiums, land, etc.? I would say my primary focus is single-family homes but I started my career selling condominiums. I would say my clients have a variety of backgrounds, wants and needs and usually (but not always) we get those wants and needs met when buying or selling real estate.
