I have been assisting clients in Southern California’s luxury real estate market for over 29 years. Over the years, I have been awarded Five Star Real Estate Professional and the recipient of the President’s Club, President’s Circle, Chairman’s Circle, Chairman’s Circle Gold, Chairman’s Circle Platinum, International President’s Circle, International President’s Elite and the Hall Of Fame. This year I have been selected as one of Orange Coast Magazine’s 2022 Real Estate All Stars. I have also been nominated for “Women In Business Award” by the Orange County Business Journal for three years.

What is your favorite property sold and/or work experience? I have sold over $360 million and own more than 50% market share of the Harbor Ridge community in Newport Beach. Last year we had 21 transactions, 16 of which were in Harbor Ridge and year-to-date we have had 13 transactions and a beautiful new listing.

Do you work mostly with buyers or sellers? I work with both sellers and buyers. However, since I have lived in Harbor Ridge community for almost 24 years, people know my track record. I receive calls from the homeowners to assist them in the sale of their properties as they know I might already have a buyer to sell their property for the highest price, shortest time and the least of inconvenience to them.

What sets you apart from other REALTORS®? My interior design background has been a tremendous asset in creating value for investment and primary properties, giving me an extra edge in real estate, helping my clients see the potential of any properties that interest them.

What’s the biggest real estate trend you are seeing right now? A strong social media presence is now a must-have, not nice-to-have as more buyers and sellers take to the internet for their search of a perfect home and the real estate agent.

What neighborhood/area do you specialize in? I have been working in all areas of Orange County but recently the demand has mostly been in the coastal area.

Do you work mostly with single-family homes, condominiums, land, etc.? Single-family and condominiums. What goes into deciding what makes a house a perfect addition to your sales inventory? Location, price and the architecture.

How do you keep your team members happy and engaged? I only work with my son, who is familiar with my work ethic and eager to assist clients in the spare moment.

What’s the most important room in the house? Great room, where we spend most of our time.

Do you have any tips to easily make a home more desirable? Yes. Decluttering and a fresh bright coat of paint. I would also suggest removing all personal items and staging the property as it will affect obtaining a higher sales price.
